Newei Industrial provides customers with electronic product assembly services, including industrial controllers, consumer electronics, IoT modules, electronic and electrical equipment, etc. The production and testing of PCBA circuit boards are assembled together with the casing, wires, and motion motors, packaged to form a complete set of products and delivered to end-users.

The electronic assembly business, as an important part of EMS electronic manufacturing, has many manual operations and requires strong process control and quality control capabilities. Our company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO13485 medical device management system, and IATF16949 automotive electronic quality certification. During the PCBA assembly process, we strictly implement relevant SOP operation standards, station self inspection, QC full inspection, QA online sampling, and OBA sampling before shipment. At the same time, we adopt a barcode management system to effectively trace and register good and bad products, achieving the ideal goals of assembly pass rate and customer quality sampling qualification rate.
